2011 L’Oréal-UNESCO Pan Arab Regional Fellowships Call for Applications – deadline has been extended to 12 March

The Call for Applications for the 2011 Pan-Arab For Women in Science Fellowships has been extended to 12 March 2011. Ten fellowships will be granted to exceptional Arab women scientists, each of whom will receive US$20,000 as encouragement to pursue he scientific vocation.

Six young women scientists, recipients of L'OREAL For Women in Science National Fellowships with the support of National Commissions for UNESCO and UNESCO-L'OREAL For Women in Science International Fellowships, traveled to in Paris recently for the AFFSET International Conference on Environmental Epidemiology and Exposure.
